Your submission must be

1/ From any planet or country in the Milky Way Galaxy
Except Planet Sombertosa, they have no sense of humour.
2/ 15 minutes or less in length
3/ Submit DVD or Vhs
4/ Comedy in nature.... Repeat .. must be Comedy
5/ In English or with English Subtitles (or silent)
6/ Multiple entries must be on separate Dvd's or tapes
8/ Please ! - very short closing credits
7/ Discs must be clearly marked with
- Title
- Running Time
- Producers Name
-City and Country - Contact E-mail & Phone Number
Entries without clear info will not be considered.

Include a brief synopsis of the short and a still photo (if possible)

phone number and address. We have 20 films from last year
that have no valid contact for the film makers.

Use Express Post , it takes the same time and costs about 25% of the courier rate.
Mark the package. No commercial value - and for cultural purposes only.
